Registration
Due March 18,2024
• Registration instructions along with your unique Access Code will be emailed to you
• Based on your DIAMOND sponsorship package, you are entitled to 12 Full Registrations
• Each sponsor is also entitled to 2 Exhibit Booth-Only name badges. Exhibit Booth-Only name badges permit entry to the Exhibit Hall only and DO NOT allow access to the general sessions.
• Requests for additional Full Registrations or Exhibit Booth-Only name badges cannot be honored at this time.
• If it is necessary to substitute staff prior to the conference, you must notify IDEOlogy Health in writing prior to March 27 to ensure a name badge can be provided.
• All attendees and sponsors are required to wear a name badge throughout the duration of the conference.
• Badges can be picked up onsite starting Thursday, April 18, 2024.
